Every Grippy Paws set is backed by a 30-day fit guarantee. If the size is off, the color isn't quite right, or your pup just isn't having it — send them back for an easy exchange or a full refund. No questions asked.

Send a note to hello@grippypaws.store with your order number and whether you'd like an exchange or a refund.

Pack the socks
Send back whichever pairs didn't work — clean, gently used is fine. The compostable mailer they arrived in works great.

Choose exchange or refund
We'll ship a new size or color right away, or refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
All of these count.
- Wrong size, wrong shape, or won't stay on the paw
- A pup who simply won't tolerate wearing them
- Any manufacturing defect — a loose grip pad, a torn cuff, a bad stitch
- A gift that didn't land — we'll exchange for the giftee or refund the buyer
The fine print, honestly.
- Return window is 30 days from delivery, not from order date
- One exchange per order — after that we refund and start fresh
- Return shipping on defects is on us; on preference returns, on you
- Custom or personalized sets are final sale (not offered today)
Return shipping
If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, we cover the return label — always. If it's a preference return (wrong size, changed your mind), you cover return postage. Send the set back in any envelope or mailer that will hold it — no special packaging required.
